Using this shop
These terms cover the Ashley Till website and orders of physical jewelry and accessories. Read the product details and the shipping and returns policies before ordering. Nothing here removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Product details
Your order is for the version identified on its product page. Measurements, material descriptions and included items belong to that version. Worn photographs illustrate styling; they do not guarantee fit. Screen settings can affect displayed colors.
Prices and payment
Prices are in USD. Standard US shipping costs $5.99 per order. Checkout shows the tax position before you pay and collects sales tax where the law requires it. Whop processes one-time payments. Check the items, quantities, delivery details and final total before confirming payment.
Your order
Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your order reference. If an item is unavailable, an address cannot be served or an error prevents fulfillment, we contact you and explain the cancellation and refund. We do not increase an agreed price without your consent.
Delivery and returns
The Shipping policy describes delivery estimates and delays. The Returns & refunds policy describes returns, cancellation and refunds. Those policies form part of the information provided with your order. A delivery estimate is not a guarantee.
Problems with a purchase
Contact us with your order reference if an item is missing, damaged or incorrect. Your rights concerning goods are not disclaimed by these terms. Our ordinary return conditions do not limit rights that apply to defective products.
Acceptable use
Do not use this site for fraud, unlawful activity or unauthorized access. Do not interfere with its operation or send malicious files. Site content is protected by applicable intellectual property law. Buying an item does not transfer ownership of website text or images.
Information you send
Send only information you are entitled to share. We use order messages to handle your request under our Privacy policy. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or unnecessary identity documents.
External services and interruptions
Payments, hosting and delivery involve other providers. Their services may be interrupted. Website access can also be interrupted for maintenance or security reasons. An interruption does not remove your rights concerning a paid order.
Responsibility
Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct or other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We do not impose a mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver in these terms.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms for future use and orders. An update does not retrospectively change an existing order. Email us if you need help with these terms or your purchase.
